Assalamualaikum warathmatullahi Wabarakatuhu dear sisters! Thank you all for watching my videos! Please have mercy on my pronunciations ( I’m still learning Islamic terms ). I tried to break down some terms for new reverts. Jazakallah khair!

Terms:
Subhanallah: Glory to Allah. Mostly used as Oh wow or how amazing
Salah: Formal prayers
Rakats: One unit of prayer cycle
Wudu: Purification before prayer
Ghusl: Purification after menses and sexual relations
Dikr: Remeberance of Allah

I know that people have different opinions on whether it is allowed to pray in Englsih while learning the Arabic

How to Learn How to Pray

We pray 5 times a day
- Fajr : Before sunrise : 2 rakats
- Duhr : Mid-day : 4 rakats
- Asr: Afternoon: 4 rakats
- Maghrib: Sunset : 3 rakats
- Isha: Night : 4 rakats

Before you pray: MAKE WUDU

2. Say Bismillah ( Not in the bathroom )
3. Wash your hands 3 tims starting with right hand
4. Rinse mouth three times

8. Wipe your head once
9. Wipe neck and back of the ears oce
10. Wash feet starting with right foot with your left hand
11. Say your shadaha
I testify that threre is no God except Allah and that Muhammad is his slave and messenger
