الشيخ الدكتور عثمان الخميس تتلمذ على يد الشيخ محمد بن صالح العثيمين والشيخ صالح اللحيدان وغيرهم من العلماء، وتخرج على يديه العديد من الطلبة، حاصل على بكالوريوس من جامعة المدينة المنورة تخصص حديث، حاصل على الماجستير في البحث المعنون (السبطين الحسن والحسين) ، حاصل على الدكتوراه في البحث المعنون (مراجعة المراجعات) ، ويعمل الآن دكتور في جامعة الكويت وموجه في وزارة الأوقاف في دار القرآن للدراسات الإسلامية ومديراً لمدرسة ورثة الأنبياء.

Mohamed Hoblos, hailing from Lebanon, and living in Sydney (Australia) is famous for his ability to deliver passionate, emotional and powerful talks and reminders on various topics regarding the muslims of today. He have conquered many hearts with his preachings, especially the hearts of the young muslims. He have given lectures in many countries around the world and he regularly make short videos on the muslim media "One Path Network", as for example the video with Ali Banat (may Allah give him Jannah) "Gifted with Cancer - Ali Banat". Mohamed Hoblos was part also of the Sidney Deen Team which is an Islamic radio programme and he took part also on the Islamic short movie "Last Chance".
Also an important thing to underline is that Mohamed Hoblos is not a Shaykh and that can lead in using a hadith that is weak, and he maybe thought was sahih etc. or he can say a hadith not in the exact form and that may cause a change on the meaning of the hadith etc. , for this reason we advice you to watch and share the videos of Mohamed Hoblos only from our Channel because we cut those parts.

2. Surah Al-Baqara (The Calf)

Medina (except the last 3 verses which were revealed in Mecca).

Introduction
This surah is the longest surah in the Quran and contains the longest verse in the Qur'an (2:282). The name references verses 67--73 which recall the story of the golden calf worshipped as an idol by the Israelites during Moses' absence.
The theme of Surah Baqarah is divided into two parts: 1) Bani Israel - and talks about the first enemy of Islam
(The Jews) and then 2) Pillars of Islam and Eeman.
Other notable passages include the famous Ayat Al-Kursi or "Throne Verse", as well as the closing two verses which outline the six articles of belief before forming a prayer for forgiveness, divine mercy, and help against enemies of faith.
The surah addresses a wide variety of topics, including substantial amounts of law, and retells stories of Adam, Abraham and Moses. A major theme is guidance: urging the pagans (Al-Kuffar) and the Jews of Medina to embrace Islam, and warning them and the hypocrites of the fate God had visited in the past on those who failed to heed His call.
Hadith: It is reported from 'Uqbah Ibn 'Amir Al-Juhani that he said that Muhammad said: "Recite the last two verses from Surat Al-Baqarah, for I was given them from a treasure trove beneath the Throne" (Ahmad)

تاريخ شبه الجزيرة العربية قبل الإسلام - وثائقي
عام 699 هـ استقل الامير عثمان بن ارطغرل بإمارته وعتبر المؤسس الاول للامبراطورية العثمانية وأخذ على عاتقه حماية العالم الإسلامي من كل شر وعتبر المنهج الاسلامي هو منهج الدولة فتوسعت امارته وازداد نفوذه ولقب بالغازي لكثرة غزواته على حصون وقلاع الروم حتى انتقلت الخلافة الشرعية لسلاطين الدولة العثمانية بعد تنازل المتوكل على الله أخر خليفة عباسي في القاهرة عام 923 هـ فعتبر هذا التاريخ هو البداية الرسمية لعصر الخلافة العثانية
وبلغت الدولة اوج قوتها في عصر السلطان سليمان القانوني العابد الزاهد التي شوهته الصحف والاقلام واخرجته المسلسلات الكاذبة والافلام على انه زير نساء ولكن الحقيقة كانت عكس ذلك ففي زمانه توسعت رقعة الدولة واصبح الاسلام اقوى قوة عسكرية في العالم
ولكن الأمور لم تستمر على المنهج نفسه والأسلوب الذي اتبعوه منذ بزوغ نجمهم في صفحات التاريخ المضيء فقد بدأ الوهن والضعف يزحف إلى كيانهم فبعد وفاة سليمان وبنه السلطان سليم الثاني وعلى مدار 200 عام بدات التربية الإسلامية تضعف وزادات أعمال السلب والنهب والفسق والفجور واستمر الانحراف وظهرت حركات العصيان وفقدت الدولة هيبتها وازدات الحملات الصليبية على البلاد وضعفت دفة القيادة للدولة التي امتدت على مساحة أربعة عشر مليونا من الكيلومترات وانخفضت وتيرت التعليم الذي كان نور يمد الدولة بالقوة والنفوذ حتى وصل الامر الى اخر خليفة عثماني وهو السلطان عبد الحميد الثاني رحمه الله
عرف السلطان عبد الحميد الثاني بسعيه لترسيخ نظام الخلافة الإسلامية وأطلق شعار "يا مسلمي العالم اتحدوا"، وكان عهده من أكثر أوقات الدولة العثمانية نجاحا وصعوبة في الوقت ذاته اذ نجح على مدار 25 عام من حكمه من ترميم بيت الخلافة وعلاج مرض الدولة المنهكة امتد نفوذ الاتحاد والترقي في الدولة، فضم إليه الكثير من ضباط الفيلق الأول المسيطر على الآستانة وحاول السلطان عبد الحميد مقاومة هذه الجمعيات، فنادى وتمسّك بفكرة الجامعة الإسلامية، لكنه فشل أمامهم، وخرجت الأمور عن نطاق سيطرة السلطان عبد الحميد، وكانت الضربة القاسمة للحكم العثماني قيام قوات متمردة بقيادة الجنرال محمود شوكت باشا بدخول إسطنبول وقمع التمرد العسكري وترجيح كفة القوى المناوئة للسلطان، وهو ما يعرف تاريخيا بأحداث 31 مارس 1909م

Can Muslims keep Non-Muslims as Friends - Dr Zakir Naik

And there is a verse of the Qur’an which many of the Muslims they misunderstand.

Allah says in the Qur’an in Surah Nisa ch. no. 4 verse no. 144 where Allah says
“Ya ayyuha allazeena amanoo” “O you have believe, take not for Auliya the unbelievers in preference to the believers.”

And many of the translations, they translate the Arabic word ‘Auliya’ as ‘friends’. So the translation reads that “O you who believe do not take for friends unbelievers in preference to believers.”

which I feel it’s a wrong translation, the correct translation is the word ‘Auliya’ should be translated as someone who is a protector. So the right translation is that “Ya ayyuha allazeena amanoo”, “O you who believe do not take for protectors, unbelievers in preference to believers. Do not take for protectors non-Muslims in preference to Muslims.”

And the same message is repeated in Surah Maidah ch. No. 5 verse no. 57 and 58 that

“O you who believe do not take for friends and protectors those who make a mockery of your religion or take it as a sport.”

That means all those non-Muslims who take your Deen as a mockery don’t make friendship with them nor go to them for protection. These verses of the Qur’an are very clear but otherwise keeping acquaintship with a non-Muslim, keeping normal friendship with a non-Muslim is no problem at all.

Under normal circumstances we should treat the non-Muslims with justice and kindness. In fact I say we should go a step further so that they are impressed with our religion, they are impressed with our Deen and you can find several examples in the life history of Prophet Muhammad (sallallahu alaihe wa sallam), several. You can give a talk only on giving examples how the Prophet dealt with the non-Muslims. And many of us are aware of that incident where a non-Muslim he enters the mosque of the prophet and he urinates. The Sahabas are irritated, they want to teach the non-Muslim a lesson but the Prophet, he stops them and he says be calm, get some water and wash the floor, that’s it.

We know of the famous incidence whenever Prophet Muhammad (sallallahu alaihe wa sallam), used to walk there was a non-Muslim lady who used to throw dirt on the Prophet, everyday. Whenever he used to walk the non-Muslim lady used to throw dirt. One day when the Prophet walks below the house of that lady no dirt falls on him so he’s surprised. He goes to her house to find out why was no dirt thrown today. And he realizes that she was sick and he prays for her Shifa and that non-Muslim lady she is so impressed with the Prophet that she accepts Islam.

We have the example in the Seerah of Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu alaihe wa sallam) that there was a Jew by the name of Zaid. The Prophet had borrowed some money from him. But before the time was dew that Jew, he comes to the prophet and he demands for the money back and he is rude. He speaks rudely to the Prophet that give my money back! And the time was not yet up. Hazart Umar R.A. he gets angry and he says “O enemy of God had it not been for the treaty between the Muslims and the Jews I would have chopped off your head for speaking to the Prophet like that.”

Hazrat Umar R.A. we know that he was a man of justice. He gets irritated, how could someone speak to the Prophet of Allah like that. The Prophet immediately intervenes and he tells Hazrat Umar (r.a.)that be calm, he tells Hazrat Umar (r.a.) that give this Jew his money back and to it the ...
